These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the evotaya platform. Please read each section carefully before registering or using any part of the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the evotaya platform — including the sportsbook, slot online, and live casino sections — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and evotaya with respect to your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. evotaya will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep login details secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

- Contact support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using evotaya, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Opening accounts on behalf of another person, or allowing others to operate your account.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, money laundering, or use of proceeds from criminal activity.
- Uploading or transmitting harmful, offensive, or malicious content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Attempting to access parts of the platform for which you do not have authorization.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the evotaya platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). By making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that the funds are your own and are not derived from criminal activity.
Deposits are processed through the payment methods available at the time of transaction, which may include local mobile banking apps and e-wallets commonly used in the Philippines. Processing times, minimum deposit amounts, and applicable fees are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawals are subject to verification and may require identity confirmation before processing. evotaya reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms. All withdrawals will be made to a payment method in the account holder's name.
evotaya does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6. Limitation of Liability
evotaya provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, evotaya disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the platform and your use of it.
In no event shall evotaya be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Gaming involves risk of financial loss. Past outcomes do not predict or guarantee future results. Users participate entirely at their own risk.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
evotaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we determine — in our sole discretion — that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support through your account dashboard. Upon closure, any eligible balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees or outstanding obligations, subject to verification. Accounts closed due to a breach of terms may not be entitled to a refund of any remaining balance.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the evotaya platform are the exclusive property of evotaya or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the platform's content in any form without prior written permission from evotaya. Any unauthorised use of platform content may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
